DESCRIPTION

Vitacomp is a dietary supplement that supplies the body with the daily needs of B complex vitamins. Each vitamin in this complex plays a vital role in utilizing proteins and carbohydrates, converting them into vital compounds that help build a healthy and proper body while also protecting against chronic diseases associated with aging.

B complex vitamins are crucial for the health of the nervous system and for preventing anemia, as most B vitamins are involved in the production of red blood cells and the construction of nerve cells. They also help prevent central and peripheral neurodegenerative disorders and regulate hormones responsible for psychological comfort, depression resistance, and stress management. B vitamins play an essential role in maintaining hair health, promoting hair growth, preventing breakage, improving skin appearance, and delaying the appearance of wrinkles while also maintaining hair color during aging. Additionally, B vitamins help reduce dysmenorrhea pain.

The body requires a daily intake of B complex vitamins, and since most of them cannot be stored, any imbalance in intake may lead to disorders or chronic diseases. Therefore, it is crucial to consume adequate amounts during growth phases, pregnancy, lactation, and old age, as well as when taking medications that affect vitamin B absorption.
