COMPOSITION

Each sachet (10 g) contains:

Borax 1.375 g, Sodium chloride 0.8 g, Sodium bicarbonate 7.7 g, Menthol 0.125 g.

DESCRIPTION

Vagisept powder is used to prepare an aqueous irrigating alkaline solution for vaginal use to provide antimicrobial, antipruritic, lubricant, and mild astringent effects.

INDICATIONS

• Symptomatic relief of minor irritation and itching associated with vaginitis.
• Leucorrhea.
• Routine cleansing of the vagina at the end of menstruation, after using contraceptive creams or gels, or to rinse out the residue of prescribed vaginal medication.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION

The powder of one sachet is to be dissolved in one liter of warm water and mixed well until completely dissolved. The prepared solution is used as vaginal douche once or twice daily, or as directed by the physician.

PRECAUTIONS

• It is not recommended to use this product for pregnant women unless directed by a physician.
• If irritation occurs, stop use.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store below 30°C in a dry place.
