📌 PROPERTIES

Tricho vag has a characteristic composition which sterilizes the vagina and acts as an anti-Trichomona parasite. Trichomona causes infections that are sexually transmitted. Trichomona may parasitise the male genital tract for only a few days or weeks at most, but it can parasitise the vagina for years. Tricho vag has a pH between (2.5 - 3.5), which balances the vaginal pH and helps the vaginal mucosa to maintain its normal activity. Tricho vag contains purified water specially prepared for vaginal washing.

📌 INDICATIONS

Tricho vag is used for treating parasitic vaginitis, especially Trichomona, by reducing the vaginal pH, thereby making the environment unsuitable. Vaginal infection caused by the single-celled parasite Trichomona affects a high percentage of women worldwide; it affects the female genital tract. Symptoms of parasitic infections include:

• Thick, purulent vaginal discharge with an ammonia-like smell.
• Redness and swelling of the vagina.
• Discomfort during intercourse.
• Bad vaginal odour.
• Pain on urination.
• Itching or irritation in the vaginal area.
• Lower abdominal pain.

📌 DOSAGE

Use once daily for 5 days in cases of parasitic infection, or according to the severity and type of infection, or as recommended by the physician.

📌 ADMINISTRATION

• Fill part (B) with the solution that is ready for use in the bottle (use once).
• Connect part (A) with part (B), then slowly insert part (A) into the vagina and press part (B) firmly to douche while standing up in the bath or sitting on the toilet.

Note: Relaxing the body facilitates the insertion of the douche.
