Dapoxin
📌 COMPOSITION
Each film‑coated tablet contains: Dapoxetine HCl equivalent to Dapoxetine 30 mg, 60 mg.
📌 DESCRIPTION
Dapoxin (Dapoxetine) is a drug specialised to treat premature ejaculation. It works by inhibiting serotonin reuptake in the brain; it belongs to antidepressant drugs that have a perfect efficiency for treating premature ejaculation related to anxiety and depression disturbances. If there is a low effect or irregular release of serotonin, this may cause sexual anxiety; dapoxetine increases the effect of serotonin and regulates its release. Any drug that works on serotonin regulation in the brain needs two weeks to a month to reach the effective concentration in the blood and needs the same time or longer to eliminate its effect from the body, while Dapoxin has a unique fast and temporary effect because it is absorbed very fast and needs only two hours to reach the effective concentration in the blood and needs less than 24 hours to eliminate its effect from the body. Thus, Dapoxin permits its use when needed without the obligation of a continuous dose. Dapoxin increases the erectile time before ejaculation and can improve control over ejaculation, and this reduces the feeling of frustration and worry.
