📌 COMPOSITION

Each F/C caplet contains: Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol) 2.5 mcg (100 IU).
Calcium (as calcium carbonate) 400 mg.
Magnesium (as magnesium hydroxide) 150 mg.
Zinc (as zinc gluconate) 5 mg.

Each 5 ml of suspension contains: Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 1.9 mcg (75 IU).
Calcium (as calcium carbonate) 150 mg.
Magnesium (as magnesium hydroxide) 75 mg.
Zinc (as zinc gluconate) 3 mg.

📌 DESCRIPTION

BoneGrow combines calcium with co‑factors including vitamin D and zinc, plus magnesium which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscle functions. Calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Getting enough calcium is especially important for men and women over 50 years, during pregnancy and breast‑feeding, also during and after the menopause. Each BoneGrow tablet provides more calcium than a glass (250 ml) of full‑fat milk, and is totally free of fat and sugar. Calcium and vitamin D are needed for normal growth and development of bone in children.

• To provide enough sources of calcium and vitamin D in pregnant and breastfeeding women.
• To help maintain strong bones and teeth for men and women of all ages.
• To support and improve bone growth in developing children.
• Contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscle functions.

📌 DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION

• Adults:
  • Suspension: 2 teaspoonfuls (10 ml) twice daily.
  • Caplets: 2 caplets daily (or 1 caplet twice daily).
• Children (1‑2 years): 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) twice daily.
• Children (3‑12 years): 2 teaspoonfuls (10 ml) 2‑3 times daily.

Note:

• BoneGrow can be continued for as long as required.
• Shake well before use.
• Ideally taken with a main meal.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
• Use within eight weeks after bottle opening.
